Created for The National Archives

During my years of developing art and product for the National Archives in D.C., the Foundation maintained an eStore that hadn't been updated in years. I pitched, designed and rebuilt a new eCommerce site that could be easily managed and updated in-house. The eStore was completed in time to provide a needed revenue stream during the Archive's pandemic closure. Collaborating with Angela Catigano, retail manager extraordinaire, the National Archives Museum store and e-store saw increases of $2M in gross sales and 125% in net profit as a result of our work.

Commenting on our achievements, Mr. Ferriero shared this: “They completely transformed the retail experience at the National Archives. They turned the store into one of the best in the industry by creating distinguished product assortments that highlight meaningful subjects in our holdings. The museum experience is extended into the store for our visitors because of their seamless merchandising style. They also built and grew an impressive eStore that parallels the in-line store experience. The estore and in-line store became a unique, sought-after shopping destination and a source of pride for the Archives!”

- The Honorable David S. Ferriero, ARCHIVIST of the UNITED STATES
